CHROFI
CHROFI’s approach to architecture is informed by a profound belief that people and
place must guide the built form. Founded in 2000 after gaining international acclaim for
its competition winning redesign of the TKTS booth in Times Square, cited as New
York’s Building of the Decade, the practice is home to a team of 35 professionals
based in Manly and headed by directors John Choi, Tai Ropiha and Steven Fighera. The
studio has an impressive portfolio of built projects, among them Stamford on Macquarie,
The Goods Line with Aspect Studios, Narrabeen House, Ballast Point, Harbord Diggers and
the Manly 2015 Masterplan. Credits include the 2009 World Architectural Festival Award

McGregor Coxall is a multi-disciplinary design firm with studios in Australia, China,
