WHO IS DEVELOPING THE SITE?

WHAT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED?

HOW MANY APARTMENTS/BUILDINGS WILL THERE BE?

The Concept Plan Approval permits a maximum of 460 dwellings.

HOW TALL WILL THE BUILDINGS BE ON SITE?

In accordance with the Concept Plan Approval, building heights will range from approximately 4-10 storeys.

WHAT TYPE OF DWELLINGS WILL BE BUILT ON SITE?

In accordance with the Concept Approval, residential dwellings will be built on the site including a mix of Studio, 1, 2 and 3+ bedroom apartments.

WHO IS DESIGNING AND BUILDING THE PROJECT?

The design competition winning CHROFI Architects, in collaboration with Mirvac Design will be the primary design team behind the Artarmon Road, Willoughby Project. McGregor Coxall will supplement the architectural design team to complete the landscaping.

Mirvac Constructions Pty Ltd will be building the Artarmon Road, Willoughby project.

WHEN WILL DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION COMMENCE?

Demolition on the main site was approved in mid-2020 and commenced in November 2020. Commencement of the main construction works is subject to the timing of the Development Applications with Willoughby City Council.

HOW LONG WILL CONSTRUCTION TAKE?

Construction is expected to take a number of years from start on site to project completion.

WILL THERE BE ANY RETAIL/COMMERCIAL USES ON SITE?

The Concept Plan Approval permits a small amount of retail / commercial uses on the site. Further investigation will be carried out to determine the appropriate non-residential uses.
